About Me

Reaching out for support can be a significant step and I'm here to support you in starting this journey! I specialize is supporting those who are navigating trauma, life transitions, anxiety, stress, or grief. 

 

Prior to opening my practice, I have had the honor of supporting clients in various local agencies- serving in integrated health settings, community mental health, schools, and shelters along the front range. I have served as a supervisor and manager for licensed clinicians. Alongside my practice, I teach courses as an adjunct instructor within the Master’s of Social Work Program at MSU Denver.

Previous clients have described my approach as warm, attentive, clear, and relational. Ultimately, I view therapy as a unique journey for every person.

My work with individuals utilizes a relational and trauma-informed approach, and it is my passion to I create an environment to explore life's distress and its impact while also sharing effective, personalized tools. I am also EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) trained and utilize this therapy with individuals who are interested.
